Grievance Redressal Mechanism in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021

We are committed to addressing and resolving grievances in compliance with applicable laws. Our final decision on each received complaint will be communicated within 15 days from the date of its receipt.
