– Explanation of how the contents of the news article violate or offend against the Digital Media Ethics Code outlined in the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021; and
– Any other relevant details related to the subject matter of the complaint.
We are committed to addressing and resolving grievances in compliance with applicable laws. Our final decision on each received complaint will be communicated within 15 days from the date of its receipt.
