The Indian Navy Quiz – THINQ 2024 has successfully completed its elimination rounds as of September 25, 2024. With an overwhelming response of 12,655 school teams participating at the national level, the competition now moves into its next phase. The top-performing schools from the elimination rounds will advance to the Zonal rounds, which are scheduled for October 14-15, 2024 and will be conducted online.
The quiz started with registrations on July 15, 2024, and the theme for this year’s edition is “Viksit Bharat,” aligned with India’s vision to become a developed nation by 2047. The competition goes beyond testing just the general knowledge of students. It aims to ignite young minds, promote nation-building awareness, and foster a sense of responsibility among the youth.
The semi-finals and final rounds are set to take place at the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala, Kerala, on November 7-8, 2024. These events will be conducted under the Southern Naval Command, highlighting the Navy’s commitment to nurturing young talent and spreading awareness of the Indian Navy’s role in nation-building.
